Loaner representative was amazing and went she above expectations, listened to concerns, and made me feel validated. Communication from sales was poor and the entire experience altogether was stressful expectations, listened to concerns, and made me feel validated. Getting a loaner as well as the service staff were great though. :) My best advice would be to not purchase a vehicle and take it off of the lot unless/until all repairs are completed. More
