We recently purchased a new Murano from Tucker Carlson. The experience could not have been more pleasant. While we were looking at vehicles, it was difficult for my wife to make some of the choices. Tucker was very patient and helpful through the whole process. There was never any pressure. I would also comment that this dealers pricing was excellent. We live on the complete opposite side of town, but it was well worth the drive. The closing and documentation piece was handled by Jamie Groth. This was by far the best experience I’ve had from a finance perspective. She worked hard to find us the best possible rebates and loan options. She went over the optional warranty and protection plans, but once again there was no pressure. More

I have been a customer with this dealership for years. What I like most is the honest answer about the cars and what they have to offer. I might not see something when I come in sometimes; and the sale pe What I like most is the honest answer about the cars and what they have to offer. I might not see something when I come in sometimes; and the sale person does not just try to force anything on you to make a sale. Their goals is to make sure when you come in that you get what you looking for or introduce you to other option that you may not of have consider or heard about. This helps gain my trust when I am looking for another vehicle. I know that the customer is important here and it not only about the sale. When the customer satisfy they will spread the word were about were a person should go and by their next car. This is how long relationship being with the customer and the dealership. Luther is the place I do not hesitate to say were I will purchase my vehicle because of the honesty and the professionalism of the staff. From the being when you step on the lot to going in the door. Most dealership the staff will run the other way or they do no not greet the customer. One more item is when you need your car service; the dealership makes it convenience for a person to come in after work and after 9:00 pm. The dealership makes it accessible for a person not to miss work and to make later appointments. These are some of the reason why I enjoy coming to this Luther Nissan Kia, Inver Grove Height dealership it no sharp square corners; it a well rounded organization. More

I'm a repeat customer of Dave Burns. I bought a 2010 Nissan Murano from him last April. That vehicle was totaled and I immediately thought of Dave when I had to find another car. Contacted Dave and came Nissan Murano from him last April. That vehicle was totaled and I immediately thought of Dave when I had to find another car. Contacted Dave and came in to see him. Told him I wanted something similar to what I got last time. He showed me a 2011 Murano, black on black. I feel in love again. We started the paper work and went in to meet with Jamie. By far she is the friendliest finance manager I've worked with. She explained to me in details my whole contract and my extended warranty options. I had a better understanding of my options and I believed she helped me picked out an option that was best fit for me and for my budget. It was such a pleasure working with these two. I would definitely recommend Luther to anyone of my friends/families. More

I was shopping around for a car that was within my price range. I made the call into the Inver Grove site and glad I did. I made a call initially (can't recall the name) to get some information only and w range. I made the call into the Inver Grove site and glad I did. I made a call initially (can't recall the name) to get some information only and was not helped within the standards as they told me to come in. I live in Maple Grove so it would have been a drive to come in without seeing if it was the right fit. I ended up calling back and got excellent service from Alredo Rodlles! Alredo did a great job in "listening" to what my needs are and the services he could provide in meeting those needs. I informed him of a price range I felt comfortable with leasing a car for and inquired about the current ad at the time of the 2013 Kia Optima. He gave me ballpark figures over the phone and answered other questions about mpg, features, etc. Ultiamtely I knew I would have to come in but Alfredo made it a terrific experience with giving me information where I could make an educated decision. When I got into the dealership, the inital quote was a little higher than I felt comfortable. Alfredo worked with me (along with his manager Jerry) on getting it to a price that was within my expectation along with including 15,000/year which is something I was going to need! Alfredo was all about my best interests as I did not want to make a decision that evening and wanted to sleep on it. He told me about the equity I would build in a lease could be used towards a new car or lease down the road and utlimately the service I appreciated the most was about the $500 deposit to give me 5-6 days to think about it as I weighed all the good information he gave me. With a purchase like this, I just wanted to take some time to think about it and Alfredo did a terrific job in giving me all the options so I could weigh the decision at my pace! I definitely would recommend Kia/Nissian of Inver Grove and it would be due to the main service efforts of Alfredo Rodlles! Thank you Alredo! Jerry and Jamie were also great...Jerry willing to work with me about the monthly payment and Jamie with being charismatic as we went through the financials. More
