i was long over due for a newer vehicle and Jeff Kessler was great from start to finish. He used the financial and personal information I had given him as well his knowledge of cars similar to the one I cur was great from start to finish. He had it warm and waiting when I arrived at the dealership, with other options in mind too. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I had some financial restrictions which complicated the things a little, but Jeff found financing for me on a Mercury Montego that I love more and more everyday. I was highly satisfied with his customer service skills and appreciated how "pain-free" he made my car buying experience. Jamie Groth was also incredibly helpful when it came to making sure I got the best deal possible from the banks. She mirrored Jeff's friendly demeanor and professionalism. Both employees thoroughly and simply answered all of my questions. I am a customer that bases most of my loyalty to a company on customer service. Luther Nissan Kia, Jeff, and Jamie both reflected the stellar reputation I have heard about from others, and exceeded all of my expectations as a customer. I am a young individual with several car purchases left in my life and will definitely return to Luther Nissan when the need arises. More

We had been looking for a car for a while. We actually went in thinking to buy 2 newer used cars. We sat with Dan and he was an excellent listener. We talked about our needs and price range. When he pulled out some brochures to look at, we pretty much found the perfect car for us. Dan's ability to be a great listener lead us to a great match with a new Nissan Versa. We were very happy walking out that evening with the brand new Versa! Did I mention it was the coldest night of the year? when my wife and I determined that she needed a new car I began an internet search. Of all the calls and e-mails I got Sue Wegleitner's e-mails were the most polite and least demanding. So we began an e-mail began an internet search. Of all the calls and e-mails I got Sue Wegleitner's e-mails were the most polite and least demanding. So we began an e-mail relationship. Sue was very patient waiting for us to decide when we wanted to buy. Whan we did decide it was time I e-mailed Sue and she said come on in. Sue was very helpful in helping us decide between new and a pre-owned that would fit our needs. She was laid back and gladly answered our questions. She was in no way pushy nor did she display in sort of resentment of us taking up her time. I really can't say enough good about Sue. I wish I could give her a bad review as bad reviews are easierto write, but there is no way I could possibly do that. Jamie Groth, well what can i say? Upon entering her office I felt like I had been transported to a comedy club. How she managed to perform her financial duties and keep me in stitches the whole time I'll never know, but she did and the numbers cams out right. If anyone ever says financial work is dull...well they just haven't met Jamie.
