when my wife and I determined that she needed a new car I began an internet search. Of all the calls and e-mails I got Sue Wegleitner's e-mails were the most polite and least demanding. So we began an e-mail began an internet search. Of all the calls and e-mails I got Sue Wegleitner's e-mails were the most polite and least demanding. So we began an e-mail relationship. Sue was very patient waiting for us to decide when we wanted to buy. Whan we did decide it was time I e-mailed Sue and she said come on in. Sue was very helpful in helping us decide between new and a pre-owned that would fit our needs. She was laid back and gladly answered our questions. She was in no way pushy nor did she display in sort of resentment of us taking up her time. I really can't say enough good about Sue. I wish I could give her a bad review as bad reviews are easierto write, but there is no way I could possibly do that. Jamie Groth, well what can i say? Upon entering her office I felt like I had been transported to a comedy club. How she managed to perform her financial duties and keep me in stitches the whole time I'll never know, but she did and the numbers cams out right. If anyone ever says financial work is dull...well they just haven't met Jamie. I have never seen the purchase of a new car as pleasurable, but with Sue and Jamie I don't see how it could be otherwise. Dale and Irene Butler More

My husband and I had been shopping around for a crossover for about a month. We visited a few dealerships but had little luck. To be honest, the places we visited didn't seem to take us seriously. About tw for about a month. We visited a few dealerships but had little luck. To be honest, the places we visited didn't seem to take us seriously. About two minutes after walking into Luther, we were approached by Chad who immediately invited us to sit down. He asked us to list what we were and weren't looking for in a vehicle and right away we felt like we were a priority and he was determined to find the right vehicle for us. After test driving a new car and discussing price, he walked us through the used car lot where I fell in love with a 2011 Nissan Rogue. It had more features than I initially needed and was priced less than our budget. He was patient and helpful, walking us through all of our options and explaining things we wouldn't even think to ask. Chad then introduced us to Jamie who was not only a blast to talk to, but worked hard to negotiate with the bank to get us a great rate. I was incredibly impressed with how smooth the financing went, she made a process we weren't looking forward to fun! It was an overall amazing experience and we will go back to Chad and Jamie when we look for our next car! More

Most were helpful, quick to respond, and easy to get a price from. With Luther Nissan Kia internet salesman "Tong" came in cheaper with a good variety of color choices. We set up a time to meet and get the ball rolling on our new car. He was scheduled with others, when we could make it in, so he had another salesman (Chad)help us out with test driving, picking colors, and all the paperwork process. He was helpful with all our questions and concerns. He is a very pleasant salesman, who I feel was, looking out for our best interests. He was not pushing us into a sale but he was there to help us through the ordeal of buying a new car. "Thank You Chad" Then there was the high spirited, fun loving "Jamie" in Business finance dept. She is the end of the journey in car sales. What laughs we had, we will always remember you and hope to see you when we return to get our options installed. I would also like to thank the General Manager for taking time to come out and help us with some concerns we had. I'm sorry for not remembering your name(Neil ?). You have a great automotive team on your side and I feel any of them would have made our car buying experience wonderful. Have a "GREAT" new year and Thank You from (: Pat & Gay :) More

Had been interested in the Quest for some time due to styling and passenger capacity. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Sue Wegleitner and Jamie Groth. So far, I have been impressed with all the bells, buzzers and whistles on the Quest. Loving the technology! Am anticipating the arrival of the weather-tec floor mats. Enjoyed Craig's attempt to show me and my son the workings of the DVD player! Craig was so helpful in "cleaning" out my vehicle after a snow mishap - thank you, Craig! I do have to say that I'm missing the power of 4-wheel drive on my previous SUV - especially during this latest snowfall. Thank you, staff, for helping me adjust to all the new gadgets on the Quest! We were able to test drive the car model we wanted and the sales rep skipped talking about basic stuff that we already knew. However, he could answer any question and knew all of the features. It was low pressure and pleasant. After driving the competition, we preferred the Nissan, but only for the right price. When we returned, we had a child in tow and didn't have all day to haggle. I made what I felt was a fair offer for a popular model, and it was accepted on the spot. All of the staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful. More
