Rear shocks FERMAN called JAMIE told me parts were in. Came in and waited two hours. Was met in the waiting area and informed that all of the parts were not order FERMAN called JAMIE told me parts were in. Came in and waited two hours. Was met in the waiting area and informed that all of the parts were not ordered. They installed shocks but not the bumper bounce. Now I need to reschedule and wait for that work to be done. The noise I initially came in for is still there. I’m concerned that the rattle I came in to diagnose is still there. No happy. More

Customer Service actually cares about customer service I had a rattle in my 2017 RAM that had been present for awhile. When my commute changed from a few miles to >30 miles each way, the rattle seemed to I had a rattle in my 2017 RAM that had been present for awhile. When my commute changed from a few miles to >30 miles each way, the rattle seemed to get louder and was more annoying. I took the truck in for some recalls and asked Jaime to see about the rattle as well. I thought it was in the passenger side door. When I came to pick it up, they told me they couldn't locate the rattle. I asked Jaime if he would ride in the truck with me so he could hear it, which he agreed to do. As soon as he heard the rattle he said "you've got to let me take this back tonight and I will get it fixed by tomorrow". And that is just what he did. I was pleasantly surprised at the willingness to get the issue addressed for me. More
