Horrible customer service I brought my car in and the service guy Jamie was extremely rude about the other service men not being around and having to help me when I wasn’t orig I brought my car in and the service guy Jamie was extremely rude about the other service men not being around and having to help me when I wasn’t originally his customer... I was not allowed a rental like I was for the last recall and when everything was finished I had to find my own car in the parking lot by using the emergency button... usually they drive it up to the front so I don’t have to go searching all over the lot. I normally have Jason as advisor and he is wonderful. Sadly he wasn’t available that day so I went elsewhere to get my control throttle fixed. More

I had a far better experience with Jamie in the past. More
