I arrived to the service department late in the afternoon with a request for an additional key for my JK, the parts tech looked up my year and model and said "yes I have it in stock" and with that the service tech had my vehicle in and out within an hour. Great customer service, and quality. More

Horrible!!! Had a scheduled appointment at 2 arrived at 1:40. My car wasn’t taken into the bay until 3:10 and I left at 4pm!!! I tried to come early around 12 and was told to go home because it was too early. Then when I arrive someone with a 3pm appointment finished before I did?? Only positive outcome was the oil change was free I guess since they noticed my wife and kids were waiting with me this whole time. Poor communication and disregard to customer service. More

transmission service 8/15/18 I brought my Chrysler Sebring in to replace the shifter cable linkage that broke away from the transmission. Jamie Kissinger was excellent.. as was t I brought my Chrysler Sebring in to replace the shifter cable linkage that broke away from the transmission. Jamie Kissinger was excellent.. as was the rest of the service dept. Jamie kept on top of the progress from Chrysler parts on the back order for the cable and kept me informed. Once the cable was received it was installed within a day.. along with some other issues that needed attention..and I was off and running. As always...excellent service from Ferman. More
