I've had the car for 12 months. The Dealer has had multiple opportunities to resolve the issue, but instead, they chose to ignore me and act as if nothing was wrong with my car that was under warranty. When I called to follow up after waiting days or weeks the act as if im an inconvenience to them. The manager spoke down to me but then when spoke to my husband his tone was friendly and respectful. That's sexist!!!
Its very easy to post a comment that your willing to help since everyone is reading this but we both know you have no problem ignoring this issue, not retunring calls, hanging up on people and pointing fingers at whos at fault. My car has a front and rare facing camera and even after i could prove your staff lied about the time they spent on my car you still acted as if i purposely damaged my car but you would do me a favor and fix it anyway since your such a nice guy!
