Very service on an oil and brake fluid job. Over 3 hours and I had to go ask for an update to find out my car was done. Also stopped their car wash perk and charged a 3% service fee for using a Over 3 hours and I had to go ask for an update to find out my car was done. Also stopped their car wash perk and charged a 3% service fee for using a credit card. I expect more from BMW. More

Very long wait to check in, see service advisor, get loaner arranged and 15 more minutes just to have loaner brought around to pick up. Total time wasted about 75 minutes.
