I would say that all staff are personal and helpful. What is not right is that it took me 45 days to get an appointment. Also, I have a 3rd key to my Santa Fe and told I could only activate 2 keys not What is not right is that it took me 45 days to get an appointment. Also, I have a 3rd key to my Santa Fe and told I could only activate 2 keys not 3. I should not be restricted on the amount of keys for a car I paid over $50K. More

Even though this dealership had two auto divisions and were extremely busy and me not having an appointment because of a dead battery they took care of me an excellent time. Was really in dire straits with an overheated engine on a Saturday afternoon while in town from out of state.
