I after the purchase, I returned to the service department a couple of days later to have my winter tires installed and everyone in the service department was very kind and accommodating. I had been suffering from some serious back pain and Megan did everything she could to accommodate me during my wait, and Jeff brought my car right to the curb so I didn't have to walk.
