I Took my 2014 ford f150 to get the "works" performed it includes a oil change and a 24 multi point inspection. When I picked up my truck I looked at the inspection sheet and the mechanic wrote that mu brak includes a oil change and a 24 multi point inspection. When I picked up my truck I looked at the inspection sheet and the mechanic wrote that mu brakes were in great condition ( green) so I went home, but a couple of days later I was hearing a grinding noise coming from the rear of my truck. I took my back tire off and noticed that my brakes were so bad that my rotors need to be replaced as well. I called Randy and Jaime the next day an lefted a message. Randy called back an said he'll call me back the next day when Jaime come back to work. It's been 3 weeks now I haven't heard from neither Randy nor Jaime! I will never ever buy or take my vehicle back to Sutton Ford you all I treated me wrong for so many incidents and now this is it. Management is worse than the Mechanics. More
