I've been a customer of Sutton Ford for about 6 years. I bought my car there and I service it there as well. I have found them to be very courteous and accommodating. They keep me informed on on the servic bought my car there and I service it there as well. I have found them to be very courteous and accommodating. They keep me informed on on the service is progressing throughout the day that I have it serviced. They provide quick transportation to and from the dealership. Even their drivers are friendly. Met my expectations per usual! Service is always excellent. My only issue is the shuttle. They left me hanging 3 times and the last time they even lied! I wasn’t going to leave a review because I thought maybe I was being picky and my car did need more maintenance, but no. I took my car here for the battery (which they did nothing to). When I picked my car I was being picky and my car did need more maintenance, but no. I took my car here for the battery (which they did nothing to). When I picked my car up, the check engine light was on, I complained about that but they said that’s my fault, ok whatever. Took it to a different mechanic (T&T, lovely mechanics) and he basically had to go behind Ford and reconnect some sensors near my battery that they forgot? Is this a money grab or y’all don’t know what you’re doing? Seriously, xxx? And he did it for free! Shame on y’all. This happened before when I went in for a battery issue and I picked up a car with a sunroof that was no longer working back in April. The service department needs to be looked into. More
