They offer a rides from Sutton to home and back to Sutton if the wait time for service is too long or if you're just dropping your vehicle off. All the work is explained and nothing is done without customer approval. Compared to the Ford dealership where the vehicle was purchased, Sutton has proven to be a much better experience.
