I came to have the auto butler done on my truck, my car was not washed first and was smeary and dirty when I cam to pick it up. I complained to Jaime and then his boss Randy but BOTH said they didn't see a was not washed first and was smeary and dirty when I cam to pick it up. I complained to Jaime and then his boss Randy but BOTH said they didn't see any dirty yet they kept trying to wipe dirt off finally Jimmie came out after 20min of arguing with them looked the truck over agreed it was dirty and redid the auto butler over.
