I recently had the "works" performed on my car. Jillian was my service person. She is always polite. Answers all my questions. She estimated my wait time as 1 1/2 hours including the "works". Time was exac was my service person. She is always polite. Answers all my questions. She estimated my wait time as 1 1/2 hours including the "works". Time was exact. I was amazed! I gave her a gold star. She is certainly an asset to Sutton Ford. I took the shuttle both ways. I really appreciate this service. Randall was my driver. Very careful. I felt totally safe riding with him. My total experience was a pleasure! More
