Very friendly and works to get you what YOU want without pressure. We live on the south side of town which it's almost an hour from dealership but every service I make it a point to drive there because of Jana and the warm feel I received. It's like going back to visit family. Everyone remembers me and greets with a huge smile. The day before my birthday I saw Jana and she greeted me with a hug. She remembered that I wanted the Q60 but in a convertible. We talk about on visits when I would back but I wanted to wait to see if the model would ever come out. She knew I wanted white on white. I knew the convertible may not happen and once again Jana had us leaving very satisfied. I have recommended that dealership and told them to ask for her. Thanks again wonderful lady. Keep smiling. Great Buying Experience (Times Two)! My wife had driven two mini-vans over a 12+ year period totaling 300+K miles while our kids were younger! Needless to say, she wanted something diffe My wife had driven two mini-vans over a 12+ year period totaling 300+K miles while our kids were younger! Needless to say, she wanted something different. We were torn between a slightly used Q70L sedan and a slightly used QX60 suv as both are extremely nice vehicles. We went with the Q70L which my wife loved, however, a few months later, she started having second thoughts about the SUV. The Q70L is nice, almost "too nice" according to my wife and is not as functional for the frequent Costco run bringing home the required bulk paper towels and toilet paper. I called our salesman at Infiniti of Gwinnett, Mike Owens, and he was very understanding and bent over backwards to work with us. Long story short, Mike and Jana T. were able to help us trade-in the Q70L for a brand new QX60 and was able to find discounts through my employer I was not even aware of. Go see Mike Owens for all your new or pre-owned Infiniti purchases! More
