She builds a bus I just bought my second QX60 from Jana in 3 years, and I couldn't be happier. With Jana and her team, you're not just "another sale". She builds a business relationship that goes beyond the sale, and she will go out of her way to find what you need. My most recent car came from Arkansas - Jana remembered a conversation we'd had a long time ago about the specific type of car and options I was looking for, and when it came time to trade with another dealership, she specifically asked them for the car I wanted. And then called me to let me know it was on the way, in case I was still looking. You can't get that from other dealers or from other sales directors. I will be back to see Jana for my next Inifiniti for sure. And as an aside, my kids loved her too. I'm sure she had more important things to do the day we were in the dealership, but she invested time talking to my son. He's only 7, but he says he's going to go see "Ms. Jana" when he's ready to buy too (hey Jana, is that a referral?). At any rate, if you're reading this review - take my advice. Call and ask for Jana. You'll be glad you did. More

Very friendly and works to get you what YOU want without pressure. We live on the south side of town which it's almost an hour from dealership but every service I make it a point to drive there because of Jana and the warm feel I received. It's like going back to visit family. Everyone remembers me and greets with a huge smile. The day before my birthday I saw Jana and she greeted me with a hug. She remembered that I wanted the Q60 but in a convertible. We talk about on visits when I would back but I wanted to wait to see if the model would ever come out. She knew I wanted white on white. I knew the convertible may not happen and once again Jana had us leaving very satisfied. I have recommended that dealership and told them to ask for her. Thanks again wonderful lady. Keep smiling.
