Having a 2005 Escalade with +225,000 miles on her, except for tires & oil changes, Jane F., Svc Consultant, & the repair techs @ Val Ward are the only folks that work on my Dowager. The extent of the diagnosis on occasion has been a disappointment simply because of the $$ involved, tho because of 'wear & tear' factors, not entirely unexpected. Because Jane has on an occasion or 2 had a tech explain to me that, because of age & mileage, this is not an expense that must be addressed immediately; just keep an eye on thus'n such and if any of certain changes occur, bring her back in for a follow-up. There is still one of these (expensive) conditions that travel with me from FL to NJ to MS to NV and back each year (hence the tires & oil caveat earlier). This and other reasons is why I trust Jane and the Val Ward techs. More
