I have been with this dealership since 2016, the people are always polite.Its always very clean.They listen to my concern. Sean and Matt are helpful at all times. Sometimes the cost of service can be a lit are always polite.Its always very clean.They listen to my concern. Sean and Matt are helpful at all times. Sometimes the cost of service can be a little expensive and the wait sometimes can be a little long. Thank god for there movie theater especially o those long waits.However, I have no complaints. I live in Avon Ohio and there is Chevrolet dealership right down the street from me in walking distance and I prefer to travel to Tim Lally Chevrolet . More
