His communication skills are impeccable and throughout the process he goes above and beyond to again make sure the customer is happy. A few days before we were scheduled to pick our car up a major snow storm hit, and our SUV was buried. Arthur made it a point to make sure the car was glistening , even to the point of asking the service manager to oversee it. After all the paper work was done he explained every inch of the car . I also have to commend the sales manager Jane, she was easy to work with and even remembered us from over 10 years ago when we bought our last Honda. No bait and catch here that we have experienced with so many other Honda dealerships. They were bottom line. Thank you for our beautiful Passport and you have gained a lifetime customer!
