Fred Munns is amazing to work with at Herlong. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from him. We will continue to use him for future purchases. We drive an hour to see him instead if using Fairway the second vehicle we have purchased from him. We will continue to use him for future purchases. This purchase we used their finance dept- we were not WOW'd by that experience- we weren't upset either- just an ok experience. Myrle was great and very friendly at first, but the pushiness for warranties rubbed us a little wrong. We understand that dealerships make a lot of money off warranties however; not everyone needs or wants the warranties. She seemed very disappointed in front of us when we decline additional warranties and her mood changed from super friendly to seeming disappointed. The pitch for warranties also took a long time when we were on time crunch. Other than that tiny issue, we were super pleased. We will definitely explore options at Herlong first before purchasing from anywhere else in the future. I would highly recommend them, especially Fred! More
