F150 purchase The sale process was very slow, lots of waiting. Part of the sale included the purchase of a spray-on bedliner, trailer hitch and running boards to be installed the following week by a 3rd party vendor. The next week when I was trying to arrange the drop-off of my truck I learned that my salesman was on vacation and nobody knew what I was talking about. It was finally determined that there was a parts issue requiring rescheduling into the next week. The next week when I came to drop my truck off once again it was a surprise to almost everyone. It took forever to get a loaner and get on my way and the loaner had a low gas warning message. My truck was supposed to be ready for pickup the next day. When I called once again nobody knew anything about what was going on with my truck. As it turned out it wasn't ready for me to pickup until Friday afternoon after dropping it off on Monday. When I went to pick it up it did not have the 7 pin connector for my trailer connection- even though I had been called at home by the vendor to find out what I wanted for a connector. Nobody "owned" this whole process. The service folks kept telling me that they didn't have anything to do with it, that it was sales. There was no turnover for the guy going on vacation. Oh, social distancing and masks were not in evidence until the day I picked up my truck after the work was done and even then not very well. More

People were friendly despite the service department making me an appointment and then not having all of the parts to service the vehicle after they knew it was coming. I live an hour away and was told making me an appointment and then not having all of the parts to service the vehicle after they knew it was coming. I live an hour away and was told it would take four hours and they would have me a lease vehicle. Turns out they did not. I got my wife to come get me. It takes an hour to get to Herlong. We were almost back home when they called and stated it was done. Friendly people, no communication or organization. Will not be returning More

Great Customer Service Natalie helped me when I first arrived. I told her what I was looking for and she brought the car to me and I was able to test drive it. Stephanie made the buying process simple, satisfying, and pleasing with the purchase of the 2018 Ford Fusion Platinum Hybrid. She told me what she knew about the car, and she wasn't pushy with the financial process. She made the buying process easy. Richard gave me a tour of the car and taught me a lot about the technology side of it. He is very knowledgeable with the technology and showed me how the car can actually park itself. Janet and Meryl told me about their financial policy but didn't hound me like the other financial advisors from the other dealerships I visited. The customer service at Herlong Ford was outstanding and that's why I made a purchase from them. Even days after the purchase, I received a thank you card from Stephanie. The staff at Herlong Ford makes the buying experience a positive one. I recommend Herlong Ford to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Had a awesome experience with Herlong ford answered every question I had an got me financed an as soon as I drive a 6 hour drive they where ready for me when I got there with the keys ready for me to test dr question I had an got me financed an as soon as I drive a 6 hour drive they where ready for me when I got there with the keys ready for me to test drive I walked out of there a happy man with a new vehicle for the long trip thank you guys so much for your awesome customer service and getting all the paperwork done so fast!! Started out good then left disappointed Overall my experience at this dealership was not bad, the staff was friendly and answered all my questions. I liked that there were no dealer fees which is a huge plus. But what disappointed me was that I bought a 2019 Ford and only received one key. Never was it brought up that there may not be a second one. My sales person said "let me go get the other key" while I headed to finance, after waiting for about 2.5 hours, to finish the paperwork. She did not say let me find the key, or I can't find the spare. She said "let me go get the other key" which to me means there was not an issue with the second key. I did not find out until I was doing the walk through with the Ford tech guy explaining the features of my new truck to me. Then after tracking down my salesperson it was oh I can't find the folder that usually has the spare. To me this was unacceptable and it left me with a bad impression with the whole deal. I can overlook extra wait time due to lack of staff but I felt like I was mislead in the whole key situation. Just make sure you follow through with dealing with people no matter how friendly they seem. More

My experience with Herlong Ford was just OK. I spoke with Jim and he was polite and responded in a timely manner. I set up a time to drive over two hours to Herlong Ford to make a deal on a used F150. with Jim and he was polite and responded in a timely manner. I set up a time to drive over two hours to Herlong Ford to make a deal on a used F150. When I arrived I test drove the truck and realized it had 3,000 more miles than what was listed on line. I understand the mileage being different due to test drives etc. but to be off by 3,000 miles just seems deceptive. The listing also stated that the truck came with a bed mat and that was also untrue. Elizabeth from customer care reached out to me to ask about my experience and I addressed these concerns with her. I was told that they use standard listings for the descriptions and the truck never came with a bed mat (even though the online listing said it did) and that I still got a good deal because the reduced the price due to the 3,000 additional miles (they may have reduced the price but it never showed an increase of miles online). Overall the transaction was Ok. I drove over 4 hours total to pick up this truck and I was disappointed when the product did not match the listing. I found the additional 3,000 miles and the lack of a bed mat deceitful. More
