Communication with anyone at Kia East was horrendous. I’ve left several messages requesting a call back to discuss my car repairs but no one has done so. Even left message for service manager Dina to no I’ve left several messages requesting a call back to discuss my car repairs but no one has done so. After 2 visits and having vehicle for 3 weeks along with several misdiagnoses, my engine light is still on. Poor service. Next step..dealership manager. Let’s see if they will respond. More
