Bill has tremendous energy - worth the trip from Brooklyn We spent entire day going from dealership to dealership in Brooklyn... letting me wife test drive SUVs. The top 3 ended up being Nissan Rogue, Honda CRV and unexpected Chevvy Equinox. My wife liked the Equinox the most... now it was up to us to find the best deal on the new lease. We were determined to find a slickdeal... after we got the best deal in Brooklyn, we started calling around NY, NJ and LI and then found ourselves speaking to the nice guys at Pine Belt Chevy Lakewood. They were able to understand the specific requirements and knew we were looking to beat the quote we had. They did exactly that! Now let me focus on Bill Sherman - who was the rockstar. When we arrived he was waiting for us outside as he was clearly expecting us. He has tremendous energy, is direct, and goes out of his way to help... not only before the sale but even after. There was a minor misunderstanding about the term of the lease (24 vs 36 mo) but that was corrected to our satisfaction even though that increased the price slightly. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership were awesome. Glad that we made this trip. My wife was thrilled with her new hot wheels. More

My New Equinox we have been dealing with Pinebelt since 2007 and have not had any problems. We have purchased 2 cars since last July (a Trax and our Equinox) and Eugene Pascucci was our salesperson both times. He is quite familiar with the cars and their functions. He brought out 2 Equinoxs one grey and one dark blue and we chose the blue one. He has a great attitude and personality. All the people at Pinebelt are great to deal with and we will return. More

Being able to have a him at the "tip of my fingers" really speaks volumes about his accessibility. When I met him he was very laid back and attentive to my needs. NOT INTIMIDATING at all! This is something many people are always afraid of when it comes to buying a car and Eugene is not pressuring whatsoever. He truly looked out for my best interest. His attitude/demeanor was very positive. His knowledge of cars was very impressive! I own a Camaro SS (and have been a Camaro enthusiast) and he was able to tell me in detail every little spec about the car as well as the new line of cars coming out in the future. Camaro's aren't something that are sold everyday so for him to know that much about those kind of cars says a lot about his overall knowledge of more commonly purchased vehicles! He was very quick in getting the finance numbers sorted and paperwork processed. Communication between him and the other departments like Finance was smooth and very easy! They even have freshly baked otis spunkmeyer cookies and bottles of water at the front desk!!!! More
