Fast service turnaround I had a dying battery and although they were slammed with customers, they took me right away and managed to fit me in and get me out within the hour. Always a pleasure to do business here When I had to make an emergency visit to my daughter's school (200 miles away) I was in need of a service visit. Even though they had no appointments When I had to make an emergency visit to my daughter's school (200 miles away) I was in need of a service visit. Even though they had no appointments available, Falmouth Toyota told me to come by at the end of the day and they would squeeze me in. I was so appreciative! I feel like I won the lottery I usually don't write reviews. However... I have to gush. I am a single mom of three, and although I had an appointment scheduled for Dec 30, I I usually don't write reviews. However... I have to gush. I am a single mom of three, and although I had an appointment scheduled for Dec 30, I stopped by Falmouth Toyota last Saturday WITHOUT an appointment to see if maybe there was space for my overdue 30,000 mile checkup. When the service manager told me he could fit me in, I FELT LIKE I HIT THE LOTTERY! The manager gave me a ride to the golf course up the road so I could have lunch, and afterward I waited (napped) in the comfortable waiting room for about an hour. Because of their flexibility, I saved a valuable school vacation day with my kids. I am so grateful. I would call the Falmouth Toyota Service Center FAMILY FRIENDLY. Highly recommended. More
