Each department sets the benchmark for all other dealerships to strive toward.. I've never seen a Falmouth Toyota employee who wasn't completely customer oriented and truthful. Every employee welcomes you, passes you with a big smile and is so courteous you'll think you are at a world class resort. Sales focus is based on your needs, they listen first and offer what Is best for you, they should pride themselves on their honesty. The service manager sets the highest standards and i know the service is always done correctly and honestly (there are no sneaky practices that you may have experience at other dealerships).
