Each department sets the benchmark for all other dealerships to strive toward.. I've never seen a Falmouth Toyota employee who wasn't completely customer oriented and truthful. Every employee welcomes you, passes you with a big smile and is so courteous you'll think you are at a world class resort. Sales focus is based on your needs, they listen first and offer what Is best for you, they should pride themselves on their honesty. The service manager sets the highest standards and i know the service is always done correctly and honestly (there are no sneaky practices that you may have experience at other dealerships). The service department is one of the main reasons I am so loyal to this dealership. After a few weeks and different Toyota model test drives we decided on a 4Runner lease. Steve helped us with our Toyota Sienna trade-in and finding the right Lease option with little back and forth and getting the sales manager involved that I have experienced in the past at other Dealerships. We service our vehicles ar Falmouth Toyota and always find the employees friendly and prices competitive with local repair shops. They don't steer customers into doing unnecessary repairs. Also the newly updated Dealership is spacious and comfortable to wait in while having service done to your vehicle. More
