Falmouth Toyota ... The BEST Toyota dealership in MASS. I have done business with a few Toyota dealership, having purchased 8 Toyota vehicles. My family has been doing business with Falmouth Toyota since 19 I have done business with a few Toyota dealership, having purchased 8 Toyota vehicles. My family has been doing business with Falmouth Toyota since 1998. Falmouth Toyota is absolutely the best Toyota dealership in SE MASS, My rating is based on interaction with every department. Each department sets the benchmark for all other dealerships to strive toward.. I've never seen a Falmouth Toyota employee who wasn't completely customer oriented and truthful. Every employee welcomes you, passes you with a big smile and is so courteous you'll think you are at a world class resort. Sales focus is based on your needs, they listen first and offer what Is best for you, they should pride themselves on their honesty. The service manager sets the highest standards and i know the service is always done correctly and honestly (there are no sneaky practices that you may have experience at other dealerships). The service department is one of the main reasons I am so loyal to this dealership. Simply put, as a whole,...They care, they do what they say, they will NEVER leave a customer hanging or drive an unsafe vehicle, they never misrepresent anything, there are no scams, pressures or lies. Their interest is 100% customer satisfaction. All of this isn't easy, they just make it look that way. Lastly, I thank them for intelligent advertisement and not the hyped-up circus freak show last chance.... their going fast ads. The About section on the web page should be updated to say "Tom Murphy has created a business that genuinely cares about its customers, employees AND COMMUNITY!" (If it's not obvious enough just take a peak at the Charities section of the web page...) The Falmouth Toyota team reminds me of that perpetual winning team you would go up against (pick a sport) when you were younger. It didn't matter what you they were playing, they would figure out a way to be the best at whatever they played. Great people, great business and I am buying whatever they are selling. More

Best dealership i have ever been to I have 4 cars in my family. After finding Falmouth Toyota several years ago, all my cars are Toyotas. We no longer have to shop for a car. We just go I have 4 cars in my family. After finding Falmouth Toyota several years ago, all my cars are Toyotas. We no longer have to shop for a car. We just go directly to Falmouth Toyota and know we will get a great car at a fair price. I also have all my service done there. Always happy with the service. Now with the new service area it is even better. More

Great place to buy and service your Toyota. We just leased a 2015 Toyota 4 Runner from this Dealership. Steve has helped me in the past with a 2009 Camry I purchased there and was easy and know We just leased a 2015 Toyota 4 Runner from this Dealership. Steve has helped me in the past with a 2009 Camry I purchased there and was easy and knowledgeable to deal with. When my Wife and I decided to shop for an SUV Steve was very helpful and patient. After a few weeks and different Toyota model test drives we decided on a 4Runner lease. Steve helped us with our Toyota Sienna trade-in and finding the right Lease option with little back and forth and getting the sales manager involved that I have experienced in the past at other Dealerships. We service our vehicles ar Falmouth Toyota and always find the employees friendly and prices competitive with local repair shops. They don't steer customers into doing unnecessary repairs. Also the newly updated Dealership is spacious and comfortable to wait in while having service done to your vehicle. More

Excellent Service with a Smile I have been coming to Falmouth Toyota for service on my vehicles for many years and I must say that they are beyond a doubt the best service team in t I have been coming to Falmouth Toyota for service on my vehicles for many years and I must say that they are beyond a doubt the best service team in the business. These guys treat you like family which is part of the reason why I drive all the way from Franklin, MA for service. Where should I start my review. In my last couple of visits I can share the following: Townsend Wells provided impeccable service from start to finish on the repairs to my Tundra. Jodi Martino dropped what she was doing to ensure that I was not waiting an extra minute for a rental car. Jared Neves squeezed me in on a busy weekend morning without an appointment on the books in a way that didn't make me feel like I was imposing. Taylor Voner with his considerable knowledge of my vehicle convinced me not to delay a very long overdue timing belt replacement in such a way that it was money well spent. Les Pike was extremely courteous and prompt in relaying messages to my service assistants when they were unavailable. Jesse Szumita went out of his was to refer me to a third party for some additional work that they felt could handle the repairs just as well and for considerably less money then if they were to replace the system new. It would not be right to mention the above folks without complimenting two of their managers Bob Andrews and Matt Murphy. Bob is an all around great guy that helps the rest of team really feel confident in what they are doing and represent. As for Matt Murphy you cannot say enough about a guy that goes out of his way every day to help ensure that this family business makes every customer feel like they want to both buy and service their vehicles with Falmouth Toyota. My sincerest thanks to all of you guys and the entire team at Falmouth Toyota! More

15 Years of SERVICE Just bought my 2nd Toyoto from Falmouth Toyoto, because of their excellent service.. When I moved here from Calif. 15 years ago, I had a bad experien Just bought my 2nd Toyoto from Falmouth Toyoto, because of their excellent service.. When I moved here from Calif. 15 years ago, I had a bad experience with another dealership here in MA.. Then my dog trainer recommended Falmouth Toyoto. I purchased a new 2004 Sienna which took me and my lab across country twice with nary a problem! However - with over 200,000 mile (and so many memories) I had to say good by. And, the salesman and service department even understood how hard it was for me to give it up. Now I have a used Toyoto Rava 4 which they say will be just as good to me and I will like just as much. So fat they are correct. I've never been led astray by this service department and have always left knowing they were right - even when I did not want to hear it!!.. I am a 75 year old grama who was a manager of a service department (not cars) in California, so I think I am qualified to know excellent service. This is itI More
