Honest, accommodating service Unexpectedly my almost nine year old Prius didn't start one morning. Unexpected because this is the first time anything like this happened. They thought it might be the 12 volt battery and suggested I called AAA. I did. Once they gave me a jump start I drove straight to Falmouth Toyota. I obviously didn't have an appointment but they fit me in. I did need the battery replaced and I made it to work a short time later. This is consistent with all of my previous experiences. Very accommodating and always honest. More

Jared was great to work with. I unfortunately spent over $300 to tune the truck up and after assessing the condition of the truck, I I decided to consider purchasing a new or used Tacoma after talking with Jared. In sales, Ken Collings couldn't find me a similar vehicle so I looked at Hyannis Toyota and the internet to see what I could find. Ken appraised the vehicle and said the truck was worth $5000 in a trade. After a few days of looking without success, I received a call from Courtney in Internet sales. She had found a truck that satisfied what I was looking for. She gave me a price and we applied the $5000 to the purchase price. I spoke with Ken on the phone and we made all arrangements for purchasing the truck in one day. We made all the arrangements so that the sale could be booked by the end of the year. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Jared, Ken and Courtney. My only regret is that I didn't get more for my truck since it was only a 12 year old Toyota and it was falling apart. Other than that, a great experience by a great team. I have purchase many new vehicles during my driving years, and by far, Falmouth Toyota and Ken Collings made the transaction a truly wonderful experience. I have never gotten the new car shuffle or financing run around, I have always been treated with respect. As a women I have experienced times in dealerships where I was made to feel inferior, but not here. I go back to Falmouth Toyota for my routine maintenance as well. Try them out, you won't be sorry. I really liked my experience with the dealership and Jack Moloney the sales rep. Jack was very positive, friendly and knowledgeable about the car and dealership. I visited early on in my car buying process February and not buying until May or June. I asked not to be harassed and I would be back as I loved my last RAV 4. Jack respected that request, he reached out once and then waited until I was ready. That level of respect for the customers wishes goes a long way and when I was ready there was no doubt of my return to Falmouth Toyota and of course to Jack. He helped make this whole buying experience a very pleasant one. I hope I won't be ready to buy another car soon but when the day comes my first and more than likely my last stop to purchase a car will be to Jack and Falmouth. When I picked up the car Jack was waiting for me and was ready at the time I told him I would arrive. The finishing steps were done, paper work etc,, the first service appointment was scheduled, then the inspection and sticker was applied. At that time Jack took me out to the car and took all the time I needed to show me all the new and updated features on my new car. I love the car and truly had an extremely positive with the purchase, Jack Moloney and Falmouth Toyota. My experience with the dealership also extends to their service department in the years I had my last Toyota. All those I have had the pleasure to interface with have been wonderful.
