Best Dealership we have ever dealt with We bought our 2004 Highlander here, our 2013 Tacoma Truck here, and had come for service for 11 plus years. Tony and his staff could not be better. Taylor and Jared are wonderful and I am sure the others are as well, but have not gotten to know them yet. It was time to retire the Highlander after 124,000 miles and we worked with John O'Keeffe in sales. He was very patient with all of our test drives and needs. My husband is very tall and we found that the RAV would seat him both for comfort and safety. John answered all of our questions, helped set things up with my phone/Bluetooth interface. He was professional and could not have been nicer. I never mind coming for service to Falmouth Toyota because the waiting rooms are comfortable, coffee tea and snacks are offered, and when it is nice out there is an outside place to sit --the picnic area. They won't let you drive if a repair is needed for safety--they offer a loaner. My husband is picky, ran his own auto repair shop many years ago and he thinks they are top-notch, and I do too. Plus they stay on time with their scheduling (very important). Lots of smiles at this place (staff and customers). Customer service is everything and these people could write a book on it or offer seminars. Thank you. More

Honest, accommodating service Unexpectedly my almost nine year old Prius didn't start one morning. Unexpected because this is the first time anything like this happened. They thought it might be the 12 volt battery and suggested I called AAA. I did. Once they gave me a jump start I drove straight to Falmouth Toyota. I obviously didn't have an appointment but they fit me in. I did need the battery replaced and I made it to work a short time later. This is consistent with all of my previous experiences. Very accommodating and always honest. More
