Within minutes I was picked up by their very personable and friendly driver, Rhiannon, and I was home before I knew it. She's a great driver, too! She also came for me at end of day and returned me to the dealership to pick up my car. The whole experience was extremely positive, and I'm very pleased with how well the car is running now. More

Best Decision Ever Purchased my 2007 Rav4 from FT and have been coming here ever since for service. Would not think of going anyplace else . They are the BEST. Reliab Purchased my 2007 Rav4 from FT and have been coming here ever since for service. Would not think of going anyplace else . They are the BEST. Reliable, trustworthy, thorough. They listen to your concerns. Treat you with respect. Look forward to visiting with other customers while waiting on work to be done. Friendly Family-Like atmosphere. Whenever Craig Kinney, who sold me the car 7 years ago, sees me in the waiting room, he always makes it a point to say "hello". Jared Neves, my service adviser, goes out of his way as well. Especially when I have questions/ concerns, and it is greatly appreciated. More

Best Dealership we have ever dealt with We bought our 2004 Highlander here, our 2013 Tacoma Truck here, and had come for service for 11 plus years. Tony and his staff could not be better. Ta We bought our 2004 Highlander here, our 2013 Tacoma Truck here, and had come for service for 11 plus years. Tony and his staff could not be better. Taylor and Jared are wonderful and I am sure the others are as well, but have not gotten to know them yet. It was time to retire the Highlander after 124,000 miles and we worked with John O'Keeffe in sales. He was very patient with all of our test drives and needs. My husband is very tall and we found that the RAV would seat him both for comfort and safety. John answered all of our questions, helped set things up with my phone/Bluetooth interface. He was professional and could not have been nicer. I never mind coming for service to Falmouth Toyota because the waiting rooms are comfortable, coffee tea and snacks are offered, and when it is nice out there is an outside place to sit --the picnic area. They won't let you drive if a repair is needed for safety--they offer a loaner. My husband is picky, ran his own auto repair shop many years ago and he thinks they are top-notch, and I do too. Plus they stay on time with their scheduling (very important). Lots of smiles at this place (staff and customers). Customer service is everything and these people could write a book on it or offer seminars. Thank you. More

I called t Unexpectedly my almost nine year old Prius didn't start one morning. Unexpected because this is the first time anything like this happened. I called the service department. They thought it might be the 12 volt battery and suggested I called AAA. I did. Once they gave me a jump start I drove straight to Falmouth Toyota. I obviously didn't have an appointment but they fit me in. I did need the battery replaced and I made it to work a short time later. This is consistent with all of my previous experiences. Very accommodating and always honest. More
