Jared was great to work with. I unfortunately spent over $300 to tune the truck up and after assessing the condition of the truck, I I decided to consider purchasing a new or used Tacoma after talking with Jared. In sales, Ken Collings couldn't find me a similar vehicle so I looked at Hyannis Toyota and the internet to see what I could find. Ken appraised the vehicle and said the truck was worth $5000 in a trade. After a few days of looking without success, I received a call from Courtney in Internet sales. She had found a truck that satisfied what I was looking for. She gave me a price and we applied the $5000 to the purchase price. I spoke with Ken on the phone and we made all arrangements for purchasing the truck in one day. We made all the arrangements so that the sale could be booked by the end of the year. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Jared, Ken and Courtney. My only regret is that I didn't get more for my truck since it was only a 12 year old Toyota and it was falling apart. Other than that, a great experience by a great team. Thanks Falmouth Toyota, Chris Decker More

I have purchase many new vehicles during my driving years, and by far, Falmouth Toyota and Ken Collings made the transaction a truly wonderful experience. I have never gotten the new car shuffle or financing run around, I have always been treated with respect. As a women I have experienced times in dealerships where I was made to feel inferior, but not here. I go back to Falmouth Toyota for my routine maintenance as well. Try them out, you won't be sorry. Jack Moloney & Falmouth Toyota I purchased a RAV 4 in May 2014. This was my second experience with Falmouth. I really liked my experience with the dealership and Jack Moloney the s I purchased a RAV 4 in May 2014. This was my second experience with Falmouth. I really liked my experience with the dealership and Jack Moloney the sales rep. Jack was very positive, friendly and knowledgeable about the car and dealership. I visited early on in my car buying process February and not buying until May or June. I asked not to be harassed and I would be back as I loved my last RAV 4. Jack respected that request, he reached out once and then waited until I was ready. That level of respect for the customers wishes goes a long way and when I was ready there was no doubt of my return to Falmouth Toyota and of course to Jack. He helped make this whole buying experience a very pleasant one. I hope I won't be ready to buy another car soon but when the day comes my first and more than likely my last stop to purchase a car will be to Jack and Falmouth. When I picked up the car Jack was waiting for me and was ready at the time I told him I would arrive. The finishing steps were done, paper work etc,, the first service appointment was scheduled, then the inspection and sticker was applied. At that time Jack took me out to the car and took all the time I needed to show me all the new and updated features on my new car. I love the car and truly had an extremely positive with the purchase, Jack Moloney and Falmouth Toyota. My experience with the dealership also extends to their service department in the years I had my last Toyota. All those I have had the pleasure to interface with have been wonderful. Polite, respectful, and efficient. Taylor Voner and Jared Neves, thanks for you help as well. More

This dealership has been great to me since 2007 and I will always go back. A few years back I had a 4 hour trip to make and the truck was making strange noises and I was nervous. I called Falmouth Toyota and a serviceman drove to my job in Mashpee, dropped off a vehicle for me, took mine and fixed it and I was on my way. That went above and beyond. This time my salesman, Ken Collings, helped me with my lease and finished in record time. I talked to Amy about financing and I was out of there quickly. Ken and Amy were so helpful and knowledgeable that I felt I was in good hands. The service department guys are super also. They have never steered me wrong. Thank You Falmouth Toyota More

We went to Falmouth Toyota to take advantage of the short time offer of 0% Financing and because we wanted a new Toyota Prius since our Prius was an '04. The Murphy family is also community spirited and help time offer of 0% Financing and because we wanted a new Toyota Prius since our Prius was an '04. The Murphy family is also community spirited and helps our particular charity a great deal. We particularly went to see Ken Collins in Sales because he has assisted us with car purchases for over two decades. Ken listened to our concerns and ordered the exact Prius and color we wanted, did not try to sell us more than we wanted. The best part is how much all the staff including Matt Murphy and the folks in the Finance Department did all the paper work down to the last detail and treated us like we were buying the most expensive vehicle available. Front Office, Back Office, Sales and Service all made the purchase of our new 2013 Prius a pleasurable experience right down to the coffee and fruit. We also had a fairly complicated trade in which Ken facilitated with ease. Thanks to all the folks at Falmouth Toyota. We just referred another couple to Ken Collins with confidence. More
