It was very frustrating being there with my two young kids and watching our technician just chitchatting for over a half hour instead of working on our vehicle. Even more frustrating an hour in a half la kids and watching our technician just chitchatting for over a half hour instead of working on our vehicle. Even more frustrating an hour in a half later when we found out our van had been done for 20 minutes and him still just talking to a co-worker. (Not work related). More
