Told vehicle was a new left-over with 15 miles on odometer. 3 separate sales people said they physically touched and verified the vehicle including Leon Ware, Jr, the manager who signed off on the d odometer. 3 separate sales people said they physically touched and verified the vehicle including Leon Ware, Jr, the manager who signed off on the deal. Upon driving 3 hours to honor the deal I agreed to, the vehicle had 2823 miles on the odometer and Leon Ware, Jr. became less than cordial and stated he just saw the paperwork HE signed 30 seconds earlier. In addition, knowing I had an 1130AM appointment to pickup the brand new vehicle with 15 miles on it, they couldn't even vacuum the cereal or animal hair from the rear seats and floor. More

Starting with Richard who answered the phone when I called , then a follow up call from Jarrod the sales manager to my Sales person Christopher Everson and ending with the Finance guy Mark. I was in the car business myself for about 30 years. I wanted a certain Jeep, I was very specific in what I wanted. They did not have it in inventory but went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. There was no hard pushy sales, I am a single female and they did not even once make me feel pressured. I got exactly what I wanted out of my trade. (NO low balling) They gave me many options to choose from for financing. And I was in an out in 2.5 hours. If you know anything about buying a car that is really fast! The entire staff was so friendly everyone was in a great moods and it just made the atmosphere something really cool. I thank you for taking the time to get me my dream JEEP!!! They had my JEEP there in less than 48 hours. I highly recommend this well oiled , non pushy group of people at Cape Coral !!!! Oh and the dealership is immaculate! I should mention that I went to several Dealerships and each one tried to get me to buy what they had on the lot instead of listening to what I was saying I wanted. Terrible experience. This dealership sold me a car with a lot of defects. Things that should work on a car normally. Functional headlights, power locks, etc. There is only so much a person can check dur a lot of defects. Things that should work on a car normally. A customer normally has a level of confidence that the car they are purchasing from a reputable dealership is in safe operating condition. I realized that this vehicle I purchased is definitely not in safe operating condition after a couple of days. They blew throug the non used car warranty. This is a very shady, dishonest dealership.
