The Team at Cape Dodge nailed it at every level for my first new truck purchase. Chris Everson had the truck pulled up and in Perfect condition when I arrived. The Sales Manager Jarrod made me feel at home and explained their stores buying process. It was my 18th birthday and he wanted to be sure everything went smooth and I was comfortable. The Finance Manager, Patrick was very impressive and mindful of my time. Being this was all new to me, he answered all my questions and presented all my financing options which I appreciated. I bumped into a salesperson they called “Big Country” and he had me rolling. That dude is hilarious. I’ll never forget how I was treated by everyone at this Dealership and I’ll be back for sure in the future. Thank You! More

Brought my car in to have the seats fixed twice. First time needed a part. Took 1ontha to get. Now they say chrysler says it needs to be reprogrammed and the part wasn't the issue. Expect to have it ready time needed a part. Took 1ontha to get. Now they say chrysler says it needs to be reprogrammed and the part wasn't the issue. Expect to have it ready-to-wear reprogram sometime this quarter. So will need to make a 3rd trip in to fix a heated seat in a brand new 2022 wagoneer. Terrible More
