Don't buy used! We were sold on the 150 point "thorough" inspection and that "no used vehicle is put on the lot without all issues being fixed". We have spent almost We were sold on the 150 point "thorough" inspection and that "no used vehicle is put on the lot without all issues being fixed". We have spent almost $3,000 in repairs on the used car we purchased within 30 days of purchase! First issue on the drive home was no heat. Took back next day and we were told the heater core was out which would be around $2,000 and could we "help out" with about $500 of the repair? We had the car less than 24 hours! Heater core replacement is actually around $600-700 with labor, not $2000! They did fix this problem, but the worst was yet to come! Leaking valve cover gaskets, transmission oil lines and cooler, rear main seal and radiator ALL have had to be replaced!!! I emailed several managers and finally got a response that they're sorry for the inconvenience. NEVER will I purchase a new or used vehicle here! I would like to add that our salesman was wonderful. I feel bad for him as he had tremendous faith in the dealership and the 150 point inspection! More

I never felt pressured or like I was just there to buy a car. They were friendly and so helpful. They answered all of my questions and I had a lot of them. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase and understood what I was getting with my car. They work with me on my trade and the pricingof the vehicle to get it in my price range to make buying my dream vehicle possible. They also spent time explaining all the buttons and options inside the vehicle and set me up with a car to drive while they were adding accessories to my SUV. My overall experience at Toyota of Knoxville was exceptional and I have highly recommended them to my friends and family. More
