Very satisfied repeat customer I first went to North End Mazda in 2009 on the advice of a friend. He does thorough research which I happily made use of. In autumn 2014 my sweet red car was crushed by a tree so I went back to NEM in November to buy a replacement. I had a great experience with David Worth, Jason Cote, Matt Lynch--and other personnel whose names I do not have. Their sales methods are clear and honest. And the car is a love. I recommend North End Mazda whole heartedly. More

Very nice experience. I stopped in to test drive a car. They were great. They showed us how the car performs, with a great test drive. Then I took it out for a drive. Lots to talk about, S We had all are questions answered. They were great. The service is great. The technology in the 2015's is incredible. So much to learn. They will answer questions over the phone or in person. They are very supportive. I was very loyal to a different brand, but, Mazda 3 has more bells and whistles. I bought a new car. I had no intentions of buying at this time. I was still shopping. I love my new car and I have found a great dealership. Thank you. More

The guys over in the Mazda Service Dept. will answer all your questions thoroughly and truthfully. They are friendly and they really listen to what you have to say! Their work is spot on, and they will not make you do anything that's not needed. I've tried other mechanics and always find myself circling back to the dealership so that they can fix the mistakes. They've saved me more than once, and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend this dept. for all your service needs! More

Wonderful experience I have been putting off buying a car because I've never been comfortable with car sales; had a few bad experiences. But I was desperate to get a vehicle but have limited funds. So I thought I'd try lease options. Mike Pinto was awesome, I called one day and told him what I was looking for he said he would email me info; which he did. He called the next day to see if I got the material and had any questions. Did bother me with numerous calls or sales pressure. I made an appointment the following week and from there is was a GREAT experience. Mike and Jason went above and beyond to get me the best deal they could. I am very happy with the outcome of my lease. More

David In Mazda was Exceptional I was looking for a daily driver and was comparing a couple of brands such as Honda and Toyota. My parents have owned them in the past. I heard about the highly rated Mazda 3 but was uncertain about Mazda and the brand until I met with David. He was very kind and attentive about my needs and very knowledgeable about all the cars I was comparing not only Mazda. He was able to explain all the features about all the cars not only the Mazda. I feel that he really cared. Not only did he care about my use for the car he was very proud to show off his dealer ship so much so I meet with Andrew his manager who was very helpful and friendly. The whole process was very easy and I feel the care more about me getting the absolute best possible service and the best price than I did. I learned a lot and would never go to another dealer ship again. They welcome me as if I was apart of the family and it was really nice to have that feeling when I Left. I will never look else where again. More

Mark Atkinson knew exactly what I wanted in a car and was able to show me something that fit all of my needs and still stayed directly within my price range. Even though I came in without giving him much warning and he had other customers to speak to; I felt comfortable knowing that if I had any questions they would be answered quickly and honestly. Mark went out of his way to make the car buying process easy with his friendly attitude and expert knowledge. Between his efforts and the hard work and expertise of Jason Cote in finance; I was able to get through the whole process and leave the lot with my new vehicle in record time. Jason and John, who handled the finance, insurance, and registry paperwork, were courteous and thorough. There was no confusion about what I was signing and my questions were answered clearly. This is my first Mazda, and now I know who to recommend to anyone interested in one. More
