From the moment I walked in the dealership all of the staff was kind and attentive. Jamie quickly greeted me for our early morning appointment. He was not pushy at all and the used car team made a genero staff was kind and attentive. Jamie quickly greeted me for our early morning appointment. He was not pushy at all and the used car team made a generous offer on my trade. The finance team even saved me .25% of the rate I was offered by my credit union. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. More

They told me I couldn't I can see my Murano was still there. Jason Krowley came out to greet me and by this time, I am in tears. Telling me that I have Navigation on my phone and I can get a cell phone holder. blah blah I gave up a car that had all the bells and whistles to a car that had the 1 thing I needed. He said he was not taking the car back and he can put me in something else. I did not want to spend another 6 hours at a dealership. Jason and Jeff kept leaving and coming back to me with options of other cars and it just made me more and more frustrated and upset. Finally Jason comes back with a solution, that he can order a part from LEXUS and it will give me apple car play in my car, He said the dealership will take care of it. He went back to the parts department and ordered it - SO HE SAID. He stated that it will take about 1 week to come in and am I available NEXT SATURDAY which would be 9/27 and that it will take 3 hours. I stated yes I would be available. On Friday Sept 26, 2025, I came to the dealership to see if the part was in yet and they parts department told me no - On Saturday Sept 27, I called the parts department and they stated it was not in yet. I told them today it was suppose to be installed. On Monday Sept 29, @ 11:34 I called the parts department again, they stated it was not in yet and it was coming from Beat Sonic in California. On Tuesday Sept 30th @ 11:09 I called Jason Crowley and I asked him Where is my Part to get my Apple Car play it has been a week and 3 days. I asked him to at least call Beat Sonic and get a Tracking number and I will track it - I will follow thru since no one in your dealership does He told me he will do that and call me back, the end of the day comes and I do not get a return call! TODAY OCT 1, BY 12 NOON, I still do not get a call back so I had to come back down to the dealership AGAIN, While I am on Vacation this week and I talked to John Knight Only to find out that the PART WAS NOT ORDERED Until SEPT 27th - So, I was lied to.. Your staff has no integrity! , JASON should have called me and told me he screwed up and did not order the part, come down and I will fill up your gas tank. Your staff has no common courtesy and your staff has no follow up. As soon as you get that sale, you don't give a xxxx anymore about customers. John Knight tried to trade me out of the car again today. I will NEVER deal with a car dealership as yours. Your customer service lacks honor and integrity, and I would be ashamed of my staff - there are a lot of people standing/sitting around on their phones, when they should be calling their past customers seeing if there is anything they can help them with and remember when you are ready for a new Lexus to get ahold of me..... The only 2 people that gave a xxxx about me was Kelly, Manager when I tried to return the car, she listened and Debbie Mills who gave me Kleenux today as I was crying. NOTHING IS WORSE THAN BEING LIED TO - THE PART WAS NOT ORDERED, NOTHING IS WORSE THAN NO FOLLOW THRU. If you say you are going to call someone - do what you say and mean it! I was treated so poorly I had no follow up from even Chris Lima I am still waiting for phone calls - I bought the car on Friday SEPT 19 and today is OCT 3 - I would never recommend them Morgan Auto group is my next call and email It's pathetic! More

Still never heard back from Kelly McAllister or Christopher Lima abou considerate, especially Isac Martinez, Toby Gray, Myke Tovar and Jason Crowley! Still never heard back from Kelly McAllister or Christopher Lima about the 2nd key for my vehicle which I think I should have gotten with the car! Overall though, a great place to do business with! The entire sales/front end staff is a group of true, customer oriented professionals that are to be commended. The service department part that was charged with the simple task of installing body side customer oriented professionals that are to be commended. The service department part that was charged with the simple task of installing body side moldings and prepping/detailing the vehicle for delivery failed miserably. They cost me money in insurance because the vehicle was not delivered as promised. The customer follow-up after delivery is also superior to anything I have ever experienced in my 50+ years of driving/purchasing/leasing vehicles. The dealership just needs to "clean-up" their detail/get ready department. More

Given my recent personal financial setbacks, I was concerned that securing financing would be difficult, if not impossible. However, from the moment I walked in, the team at Sarasota Lexus made me feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. Luis Ojeda, my salesperson, was exceptional from start to finish. His communication was clear, consistent, and personable, and he stayed engaged and persistent throughout the entire process. He truly made me feel like more than just a customer—his professionalism and sincerity were beyond impressive. Jason Crowley, the Used Car Director, brought valuable insight and honesty to the table. His transparency and knowledge were truly appreciated and helped make the entire process feel more grounded and reassuring. Eric in finance was instrumental in getting the ball rolling. He put in the initial legwork to help structure the deal, showing great initiative and determination. And finally, Kenny Clark, the Finance Director, was the one who ultimately brought everything together. Their positivity, encouragement, and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction completely transformed what could have been a nightmare into a truly uplifting experience. Even if I hadn't been able to secure financing and purchase the vehicle, I would still be writing this review out of sheer appreciation for the level of service, care, and respect I received. This team completely shatters the negative stereotypes so often associated with car buying. They are true professionals, and I am eternally grateful to have crossed paths with them.
