They misdiagnosed my truck, we waited about a month for the part to come in and it wasn’t even the issue. I took the truck back no more than 30 minuets after it was “ready”. The paperwork stated they test the part to come in and it wasn’t even the issue. I took the truck back no more than 30 minuets after it was “ready”. The paperwork stated they test drove it, but there’s absolutely no way given the fact that I could tell the problem was still there before leaving the parking lot. It’s been 4 days since I dropped it back off and they haven’t touched it. The service department refuses to answer the phone or call you back. Find another dealership for service. More
