Overall poor communication. After the sale very unresponsive. Out a decal on my car without my permission and it feels that my car was tainted before I even took possession. Told me I could pick up the car on a certain day and when I arrived was told I couldn’t take it, it was only for paperwork. Just very poor communication overall. Asked me to compete the survey, even though they hadn’t competed everything on the checklist. More
