Great service, but too long of a wait for an oil change The people are very friendly at Lokey, but 90 minutes plus for a scheduled oil change in a small, crowded room is not for me. I have had my cars servi The people are very friendly at Lokey, but 90 minutes plus for a scheduled oil change in a small, crowded room is not for me. I have had my cars serviced at Toyota dealerships and CarMax and the wait for an oil change is 60 minutes or less for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Usually, they throw in a car wash, too. I understand great service takes a while, but over 90 minutes? I have two Kias and I think I will try another dealership to see if the time can be a little lower for an appointment time. The people are really friendly, but the amount of time it takes to service my cars, I could have been in and out of an ER in less time. More
