The revolving door of service representatives who do the minimal amount of their job, is so bad, it lead to a huge maintenance bill. Which was full of preventative services that should have been done over t minimal amount of their job, is so bad, it lead to a huge maintenance bill. Which was full of preventative services that should have been done over time at specific milage intervals. Then the mechanic who was stuck with this job did so, so poorly that not only did I leave with a coolant leak but he had also cross thread 2 of my spark plugs. Instead of replacing the head of my 3yr old vehicle with a new one, they decided that it would be better to send my head to get repaired at a machine shop. I then had to get in arguments with multiple "managers" only to end up having to still pay for replacement parts from their mistakes. I will never go back to this dealership, and will take my chances with the independent mechanics around town, also I will tell everyone I know about what happened and to never go there. More

Worse dealer service that I have experienced in over 20 years. Service Rep threw a stack of paper at me and then spent over 10 minutes to find my car while I waited. Once I got home and went through the years. Service Rep threw a stack of paper at me and then spent over 10 minutes to find my car while I waited. Once I got home and went through the paper work I discovered that I had an oil leak. If I had been told this, I would have set up an appointment at that time. Additionally, I had a lot of questions about recommended services. First time in my memory that I was not given the opportunity to discuss work and recommendations when I picked up my vehicle. More
