Had my daughter’s VW Beetle in for a safety bag recall and ran into an old friend, Brian Braack! He introduced himself to my daughter and gave her his card. Good service, thoughtful service manager. I was in/out in good time. Although I did see some cleaning protocols in place, I was DISMAYED that most people were not wearing masks. That's unacceptable.
