I had my tires rotated and was in for a 10,000 mile service. I had done an oil change within the past 2 months. Later the same day a check tire pressure light came on. Wouldn't my tire pressure had bee service. I had done an oil change within the past 2 months. Later the same day a check tire pressure light came on. Wouldn't my tire pressure had been checked with a service appointment that included routine maintenance? More

Overall very poor experience. If all customers would have my experience Lithia would be out of business. It started with a very poor phone experience. Several phone calls and about an hour later before I my experience Lithia would be out of business. It started with a very poor phone experience. Several phone calls and about an hour later before I was able to speak with someone to set up an appointment. Then after car was in for service a part needed to be replaced. They thought it was in stock. Evidently no one went and checked at the time. Got a can there next day and the part was not in stock. This delayed the return of my car along with creating scheduling issues due to arranging rides. Then on my way home I realized my cruise no longer worked. I immediately called. They started the vehicle could not get in for repair till the following week. The date was set and the vehicle was supposed to get picked up. No phone call, vehicle never picked up and a week later still no return phone call after I left a message. So was Lithia awesome; absolutely not! More

All services were handled as necessary. Find it a bit confusing why there is a cost to rotate tires on a new car bought directly from you. Had a separate interaction with Dwayne Hill in regards to can confusing why there is a cost to rotate tires on a new car bought directly from you. Had a separate interaction with Dwayne Hill in regards to cancelling my GAP insurance. Asked a lot of questions with little explanation and when I asked why do many questions he got defensive and was short and came off very upset with me. I was very disappointed. More

When I first arrived the consultant wouldn't even look at me when he was speaking to me He then complained because I asked for a diagnosis for a check engine light. I explained it had just happened the nig me when he was speaking to me He then complained because I asked for a diagnosis for a check engine light. I explained it had just happened the night before. After we were seated, he walked over to stand behind me to ask my name and number. I honestly couldn't believe how I was being treated. The service department found time to diagnose the problem. Then had the nerve to estimate the problem for more the $5000. When the consultant delivered this information, he found the decency to actually look at me. I will not be returning to Lithia. I have recently found another establishment in dsm that will fix the car for almost $4000 less than Lithia. It is shameful the prices they charge. I am not sure if the consultant was having a bad day, treated me differently because I am a woman, or if that is how he does business. I believe a customer should be treated with respect no matter the situation or the amount they are spending. More

Extremely Disappointed had Additional Issues Lithia had my vehicle for @month. It runs but new issues are present; leaking oil and broken heater hose. It's running very rough. We received a recent request for submission of a review and actually planned to reach out to you anyway, so we found that timely. We picked up our 1979 VW convertible bug Wednesday night. Your service department had our vehicle approximately 1 month. I should say that we had always hoped to have an antique bug and perhaps new bug so we were hopefully at establishing a relationship with your dealership. For this reason, we decided to get our antique bug serviced at the dealership knowing that the bill might be slightly larger than if we went to a private mechanic. However, although our thinking was that a VW dealership would be more in tune and able to diagnose an issue we found that your dealership took much longer to diagnose the issue and find the parts than previous mechanic we have utilized to service the bug. In addition, on Wednesday night, we parked the bug and then on Thursday after work thought we would take it for a spin to celebrate getting it back. When we went to the garage and started it we found (1) it ran very rough and when we opened the engine compartment there was a hose not connected and just laying there which looks ripped, (2) a large oil leak on the floor which was not occurring when we left it at your dealership a month ago and (3) the exterior of the bug (body and paint) was in good condition but there are scratches down the door it appears to be from a cat or racoon with a paw print. I am not aware of where you stored our car or how you envision your service department to be delivering the cars mechanically and aesthetically but this was very dissatisfactory in our opinion. More
