Sue provided detailed and timely communication from our initial meeting to delivery of the new car. In particuliar, when the gas filler would not open during vehical training Sue quickly got technical peop initial meeting to delivery of the new car. In particuliar, when the gas filler would not open during vehical training Sue quickly got technical people involved and provided a loaner vehicle so we could make an other obligation on time. Always maintainly a friendly and responsive attitude to a new car part failure. Sue rewarded our second new car purchase from Sears with detailed and timely communication.
