Terrible Purchase Experience Was in my mind mislead/deceived and flat out lied to by one of their fianance mangers..Went back to the dealership the next day after speaking with a Was in my mind mislead/deceived and flat out lied to by one of their fianance mangers..Went back to the dealership the next day after speaking with a couple representatives over the phone and they actually redid the contract, removing the item that I had been lied to about. Today a week later, I received a call/voicemail saying that they had processed the wrong (original) contract. I returned the phone call within 10 minutes and still have not received a call back almost a day later. Reviews for this dealership seem good but I have never had more of a bad experience purchasing anything. As of now nothing has been resolved and I have no idea what is going on. To top it off I was called by the finance person that had lied to me, which is really irritating after the dealership knew how I felt about this individual.. On a positive note my salesman Kyle L. was personable and helpful. More

New Honda Pilot Dino and Jason worked out a great lease for me on a new Honda Pilot.
