Very satisfied The whole process was relatively very pleasant. I did have to wait for the vehicle of my specifications to come in from Indiana. Graham kept me posted on a regular basis, the status of the vehicle and promptly informed me when it arrived, Jeff Anderson was very pleasant and helpful too whenever I talked to him. Tracie brought the facts and figures pertaining to the Costco discount and the final price. The front desk lady/receptionist was very sweet, kind and helpful. More

Smooth, Professional and Painless Transaction Saw the car I wanted online and stopped in and at the time I did not have the vehicle with me that I planned to trade in.
