I spoke with him by phone on Monday afternoon, went to the dealership Monday evening and by Tuesday evening drove my new 2016 Escape off the lot. The whole experience was quick and painless. I shopped in the internet and after a couple of disappointments and false starts found the car I was looking for at 5 Star FORD in n. Richland Hills, TX. I struck a deal using email and arranged to fly from Phoenix to Dallas and drive the car back over 3 days since I'm retired and under no time constraints. We told him that we could not arrive until 8pm to do the deal. Even though he got off work at 6pm he waited for us to get there. Once there he and the finance manager got us an even better finance offer than originally quoted. Jason was very knowledgeable about the vehicle itself and the technology built into it. He spent time showing us how everything works and gave us information on how to join classes to learn the rest. I can't say enough about how good the service was. The finance manager went above and beyond as well, he explained the original finance options and after a few minutes of talking he offered us an even better finance rate, even though he didn't have to. It was the best customer service I have ever received buying a vehicle. More

I kept waiting for the other shoe to fall but it didn't I purchased a 2015 F-150 from Jason Howell in December. I was originally looking for a used truck but soon realized that a new F-150 wasn't that much more expensive. Jason was easy to work with. He provided several to look at, with pricing, before I even stepped foot onto the lot. By the time I got there the truck I was interested in was waiting for my test drive. The drive was easy and I quickly figured out this was the one. The transaction was quick and easy. I drove the truck at lunch and came back that night to sign the papers. I was in and out in an hour. I kept waiting for the "gotcha" in the transaction where something wouldn't add up. It never happened. The purchase occurred just the way Jason had described. I'm very happy with my experience and wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from Jason or Five Star. More

But, I have to say, this was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had! I drove over and Jason already had the key for the vehicle we had already discussed. He was with another customer but had already gotten Mel Seibel (Salesman) to take care of me so that I would not have to wait. Mel was awesome, and love his sense of humor! He took all the time I needed with no pressure at all. Between Mel and Jason, the whole experience was really great! Jimmy Truong, my finance guy was really awesome too! There was no high pressure and he worked to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible. Overall, it was a really WONDERFUL experience and I will definitely recommend Five Start Ford, Jason, Mel, and Jimmy to anyone that is looking for a vehicle!
