I started the car business in 2001 and was very proud to join Five Star Ford in 2009. I'm blessed with a wife and three girls who keep me sharp. We love hockey and attend as many Dallas Stars games as possible. When not watching hockey we enjoy movies and going to the park. My twin girls attend Haltom High and are in all PRE AP classes and excel in choir, art and color guard. My wife works at North Hills Hospital and is currently attending TCC. My youngest daughter is an aspiring princessand will attend kindergarten next fall. My wife and I also enjoy going to the gym weekly.

The except has been with Jason Howell and I have purchased several online vehicles over the years and for the most part have had pleasant experiences. The except has been with Jason Howell and Sam Limo. Both gentlemen were open, responsive, and demonstrated a solid grasp of what Customer Relations Management is all about or should be in the auto sales business. At this point I will strongly consider Five Star Ford for the purchase of my wife's new vehicle in the next few months based on the service offered by these two gentlemen. Mike Adams More

Best car buying experience! Car sales staff have a bad reputation because they are pushy and underhanded. Jason and Mark are the exact opposite. No question went unanswered or inadequately answered (something others do! "Alloy rims gives the car a better ride") I will do business again with these 2 guys. More

We tried to buy used once about 2 years ago at a different dealership and it was an awful experience. Never once gave we experienced this at Five Star. Jason was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. We never once felt pressured at all to make a purchase. We were given time to really see what we wanted as well. Anthony in finance was extremely personable as well! Made a lot of things work for us! The overall atmosphere of this dealership is dynamite. Great people that make great connections. We would recommend ANYONE to this dealership-you won't regret it! More

Jason did a great job! This weekend I flew from Denver to DFW to pick up a new 2014 F150 Lariat that I located online. It was the culmination of an xcellent transaction. This weekend I flew from Denver to DFW to pick up a new 2014 F150 Lariat that I located online. It was the culmination of an xcellent transaction. My inital call was answered by a non-sales person who was covering the phones while the sales staff had an early morning meeting. The individual who answered was helpful and said he would have a rep call as soon as they exited their meeting. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Jason Howell. From that point forward Jason did everything he said he would quickly and completely. He new the F150 features well and was able to help me confirm this was the truck I wanted. I was traveling on vacation the day after Jason and I first talked. He and Kenny Wilder in finance arranged to have the paperwork expressed mailed to my hotel in Boston. It was there when I arrived including a self addressed return envelope that made it easy for me to sign and return the next day. I wanted to add nerf bars to the truck. Sam in after market parts did a great job sending me pictures of the options so I could select from a few choices. The bars were installed when I arrived to pick up the truck. When I flew to DFW to pick up the truck I was called within minutes of landing by Jayleen who was waiting on the curb outside my gate. She drove me to the dealership where Jason was waiting for me at the front door. He immediately took me to see the truck which was parked in the front of the dealership awaiting my arrival. We finished up the paperwork and Jason walked me though the features of the truck and how evverything worked before I left the dealership. I was in and out in less than an hour. Midnight that night I was home in Colorado with a great F150 in the driveway. I could not have asked for a better experrience. Start to finish everything went smoothly and all the bases were covered. I don't know how many people I will be able to refer to Jason and the team at Five Star Ford because I live in Colorado but it was well worth the trip for me. Great job everyone! More
