We are previous customers that had bought a vehicle from Joshua Fichter many years ago. Even though Joshua is now in a management position, he was willing to speak to us and help us along in this buying decision. Our sales rep, Josh Howell was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He took the time to review the entire vehicle before we left the lot, and was able to answer all of our questions. Additionally, working with Anthony Snyder was an easy and enjoyable experience. Anthony is very intelligent and polite. Overall, our experience is more than a 5 - maybe a 10!! I wanted to trade in my 2006 Chevy Avalanche, and on the same day they had me in the car I wanted . I know that people don't typically like the experience in buying a car or truck but I can tell you if you see Jason Howell, he will take care of you. He's very nice and professional at his job and it shows. The customer service is awesome ..... When Jason Howell sent me to the finance dept. I met Kenneth Wilder, and he was just as nice and a professional at his job also. He took the time, and got the very best deal he could for me. There was no going back and forth and disappearing to that "secret" room.. It was very nice not having to haggle back and forth. I can tell you that if you get these two guys your time at the dealer will be seamless . If your looking for a car or truck go see Five Star Ford I will recommend everyone I know to go there . We were very frustrated with the experience and hassle it was to buy a car. Once we walked onto to the lot we were treated so wonderfully! Jason was so easy to work with and so nice. He showed us all the paperwork that there was to see about the vehicle from the vehicles history report to what the dealership fixed on it. He let us check out the vehicle on our own and wasn't looking over our shoulder the whole time. Paperwork was fast and easy and with out problems. Jason was great to work with. We had to order our car as we needed a 4WD and none were available. Jason stayed in touch with us throughout the process until the car was delivered. Once we arrived to pick up we needed a 4WD and none were available. Jason stayed in touch with us throughout the process until the car was delivered. Once we arrived to pick up the car he gave us a thorough demonstration and worked wit us and the FP&A representitve, Michael, to get us to the price we needed in order to get the deal done. Jason always answers the phone and give us good insights. He was very interested in making us feel good about the transaction and he expressed his appreciation for our business. I went to 3-4 other dealerships when evaluating this purchase (a few other Sam Pack dealers included) and Jason was the best. Because of Jason's effort, I would recommend this dealership to my friends, family, and colleagues. More
