Jason was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. We never once felt pressured at all to make a purchase. We were given time to really see what we wanted as well. Anthony in finance was extremely personable as well! Made a lot of things work for us! The overall atmosphere of this dealership is dynamite. Great people that make great connections. Jason did a great job! This weekend I flew from Denver to DFW to pick up a new 2014 F150 Lariat that I located online. It was the culmination of an xcellent transaction. This weekend I flew from Denver to DFW to pick up a new 2014 F150 Lariat that I located online. It was the culmination of an xcellent transaction. My inital call was answered by a non-sales person who was covering the phones while the sales staff had an early morning meeting. The individual who answered was helpful and said he would have a rep call as soon as they exited their meeting. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Jason Howell. From that point forward Jason did everything he said he would quickly and completely. He new the F150 features well and was able to help me confirm this was the truck I wanted. I was traveling on vacation the day after Jason and I first talked. He and Kenny Wilder in finance arranged to have the paperwork expressed mailed to my hotel in Boston. It was there when I arrived including a self addressed return envelope that made it easy for me to sign and return the next day. I wanted to add nerf bars to the truck. Sam in after market parts did a great job sending me pictures of the options so I could select from a few choices. The bars were installed when I arrived to pick up the truck. When I flew to DFW to pick up the truck I was called within minutes of landing by Jayleen who was waiting on the curb outside my gate. She drove me to the dealership where Jason was waiting for me at the front door. He immediately took me to see the truck which was parked in the front of the dealership awaiting my arrival. We finished up the paperwork and Jason walked me though the features of the truck and how evverything worked before I left the dealership. I was in and out in less than an hour. Midnight that night I was home in Colorado with a great F150 in the driveway. I could not have asked for a better experrience. Start to finish everything went smoothly and all the bases were covered. I don't know how many people I will be able to refer to Jason and the team at Five Star Ford because I live in Colorado but it was well worth the trip for me. Great job everyone! More

A couple of weeks later, I called Jason. I went over to meet with him. Talking with Jason, I noticed nice art works of Ford cars in his office which looked great. Jason and I talked about the F 150. A few days later, I made an appointment with Jason. Jason had parked a new Ford 150 XLT four wheel drive near the show room. The vehicle was exactly as I had requested. Never before had a salesman listened and performed as well as Jason. Five Star Ford has a magnificent staff at North Richland Hills. Jason introduced me to the Manager and many others. Buying a new Ford- What a breeze! I've been looking to purchase the new Ford Mustang for my son for a couple of weeks. After driving one locally here is Austin, I decided to check out I've been looking to purchase the new Ford Mustang for my son for a couple of weeks. After driving one locally here is Austin, I decided to check out the internet for the best deals in Austin as well as Texas. My search took me all the way to both Oklahoma and Kansas, but there were mainly 3 places, 2 in Dallas and one in Houston that appeared to have the best prices for what I was looking for. I hadn't called any of the places, until I finally decided to call Jason Howell at Five Star Ford, as they were the most aggressively priced on the internet. Upon speaking with Jason, a very personable young professional, I told him I was shopping on the internet and Five Star, along with 2 other dealerships in Texas, had what I was looking for and the best prices. I made Jason an offer, much lower than the internet price, and OK by comparison of KBB and the other prices out there, and within minutes, the deal was done. I told him I lived in Austin and needed to pick up the car as a surprise. 2 days later, he had the car detailed, had a valet pick me up at DFW, took me to the dealership where the Finance dept was ready to roll, signed the papers and completed the deal. To me, the way any dealing with purchasing a new car should go. If you're ever in the market for a new Ford car or truck, I'd speak to Jason at Five Star. They are the 3rd largest dealer in the US and they don't mess around. More
