Really just a joke of a visit - decided not to replace the engine coolant pump at $2700 and taking it on Monday to be replaced for $900 at Bavarian auto werk. I Had a coupon but couldn’t use it because I the engine coolant pump at $2700 and taking it on Monday to be replaced for $900 at Bavarian auto werk. I Had a coupon but couldn’t use it because I didn’t present it at the beginning of the visit. Ok so the premium price should result in a premium experience right? Picking up the car I asked for the keys because I could see it out front. The cashier indicated I should wait and it would be brought around. After 10 minutes I walked back I to see the guy chatting up the cashier. I asked for my keys again and the guy really was upset because he was coming off his break and didn’t want to be rushed. Again I asked for my keys so I could leave and finally got them back. There just really seemed to be a sense of arrogance and entitlement across the board. I purchased the X7 from Perillo and had a great experience. In march I tried to talk to orland about the 550e but was told they only had a demo and I couldn’t order one. I called Perillo and they ordered it for me and my new one actually arrives this week. It’s a dilemma now because I will have two BMWs, and I live within 10 m of Orland or I can take them to a well run operation downtown. More
