Jason was very accommodating and trying to get the cost of brake work down, but it was still expensive and more than what we agreed upon. It’s a little disappointing, but the work had to be done. Understanding you have to earn profits, but you have to be competitive in your service pricing for the amount of money I could’ve gotten all four wheels done. Although my sales person is truly honest the prices you pay to get your vehicle serviced is ridiculous. But what can you do about that right? Jason in the service department was very accommodating for the date/time of the services I needed for my car and providing a nice loaner vehicle. He also beat other BMW dealers’ quotes.
