We have left numerous voicemails for the service advisor trying to find out if the part he ordered for our ram has been delivered, it has been over a week and we have not received a response. Jeff Davis, was good, but finance, Eric Dugas, & service were terrible. After purchase, we had an issue with the car. We were told finance had to take care of it. Then Eric Dugas tried to tell us the car ha were terrible. After purchase, we had an issue with the car. We were told finance had to take care of it. Then Eric Dugas tried to tell us the car had no warranty, which was a lie. The car had 90 day warranty on the windshield. After weeks of debate they finally conceded, but it was painful. Eric was unresponsive & unwilling to help. We are 15yr Ferman buyers, so we were gravely disappointed in this dealership & would not return. More

German, Chrysler Jeep dealership is a very convenient service center for me to bring my Jeep. Your staff are very professional and courteous. Your waiting room is clean. I really enjoy having a cup of co service center for me to bring my Jeep. Your staff are very professional and courteous. Your waiting room is clean. I really enjoy having a cup of coffee while I wait for my car service to be completed. Mistake, I am very impressed with the short time it takes each time to service my car and I will always come back to this service center. After holding my car hostage for 5hrs on a Saturday for an oil change they finally called me (after I tried to call them many times with no answer) and said they just finished the oil change and were about an oil change they finally called me (after I tried to call them many times with no answer) and said they just finished the oil change and were about to check my service lights. Basically paid $200 for them to tell me I needed to dish out $2,000 of I want them to fix my brakes, speed sensors and a hose. Parts cost no more than $200. What a ripoff! So I paid $200 for an oil change and a 5 minute diagnosis basically. Bought the vehicle here and think its pretty weird these parts are bad after only 3yrs when I barely drive the car. Never again. 😐 More

I was told on Friday my vehicle would be completed and available for pickup the following day. It was not, and I wasn't contacted at all.
